The A1 plan fits a single bedroom and one bathroom into 616 square feet. It is the only layout of its kind on the property, and even at that size it carries a full kitchen with a dishwasher and an electric stove.
 

Two Bedroom: The B1, B2, and B3 Plans

Three two-bedroom plans cover a wide span of space. The B1 pairs one bathroom with 816 square feet, the B2 adds a second full bathroom at 1,060 square feet, and the B3 stretches to 1,175 square feet, the largest home on the property. That top plan gives more room than either C series layout does, which makes it the largest apartment in the community.
